Our Standard Reservation Terms and Conditions are:

Reservation

A reservation is only valid when our purchaser has paid their Reservation Fee and fully completed and signed a Reservation Form with our Sales Executive.

The Reservation terms are as follows;

Unconditional Contracts or Legal Completion (which ever is agreed) must be effected with 28 days of reservation. A deposit of 10% of the purchase is payable upon exchange of contracts. Part of the Reservation Fee is non-refundable should the reservation not proceed to exchange of contracts/completion. Please ask our Sales Executive for full details.

If contracts are not exchanged or completion effected by the agreed date Shepherd Homes reserves the right to resell the plot to any other interested party.
