Shepherd Homes is committed to ensuring the highest standard of customer support after you moved in. Throughout the two years warranty period we offer a comprehensive customer care service in order to support you in the event of a fault or any other problem with the property. You can be secure in the knowledge that Customer Care department will assist you and relevant actions will be taken to solve the problem.

For complete peace of mind we also provide out of hours service which can be used in the case of emergency 24h/day, even during holiday seasons.

Customer satisfaction is of the paramount importance to us and any reported problems are dealt with promptly and we aim to solve those quickly and with minimum disruption.

Shepherd Homes is registered with NHBC (National House Building Council) who provide guarantees covering the structure of all houses constructed by Shepherd Homes. The scheme members must follow strict quality standards which gives the buyer great assurance that the product they purchase is of the highest standard.
