Local couple are first to move in to new home at Newland Court, near Cottingham

A couple from Hull have become the first people to move into one of the luxurious family homes at Shepherd Homes’ Newland Court development near Cottingham in Hull.

Mr and Mrs. Hersom purchased the outstanding five-bedroom Cottingham house type using Shepherd Homes’ part exchange scheme, which allows sellers to use their current home as part payment towards a new property.
