If you have a problem during normal working hours, contact our customer care team, who will ensure a swift and professional response.
However, we appreciate that not all problems occur during working hours and we have established an emergency procedure to cover any problems which might occur.

This facility will bring you a swift and professional response. The helpline assistant will be able to advise you if an occurrence constitutes an emergency and will nominate one of our approved contractors to deal with your problem without delay.
This service covers genuine emergencies only and is effective for two years from the date you legally complete your purchase. If problems occur outside of the builder’s two year warranty period, please refer to the warranty provider’s cover in years three to ten.
