Throughout the two year warranty period, Shepherd Homes offers a comprehensive customer care service*. One of the major advantages of choosing a new Shepherd home is that less maintenance will be required over the first few years. If something does go wrong after you have legally completed, you can be secure in the knowledge that Shepherd Homes’ customer care department will assist you and that in an emergency we can provide you with out of hours cover.
