Prior to reserving, our Mortgage Counsellor (who is an Independent Mortgage Advisor) will meet you to discuss the purchasing options available to you. After you have reserved your new home your Mortgage Counsellor will meet you again to finalise the specific mortgage scheme for you and prepare your mortgage application for you, probably in the comfort of your own home or wherever and whenever it is convenient for you - at home, at work, on an evening or weekend, bringing all the modern technology and financial information direct to you, providing professional advice free of charge.

Bringing It All Together

After completing your application they will liaise with your solicitor and lender on your behalf, making sure surveys and mortgage offers are in place so you can exchange contracts within the specified times. Progress of your mortgage application will be monitored closely and your Mortgage Counsellor will be personally available to answer any questions you may have.
